Doner Kebab Map (“the app”) is designed to respect your privacy. The app has no backend server, does not require an account, and does not collect, store, or share your personal information. This policy explains what the app does with the limited data it uses on your device.
With your permission, the app uses your device location only to find döner, kebab and gyro spots near you and show them on the map. Location is processed on your device through Apple Maps and is never sent to us or any third party — there is no server to send it to. You can disable location access at any time in Settings; the app will simply be unable to show nearby places until you re-enable it.
Places you mark as favorites and your appearance (theme) preference are stored locally on your device only. They are not uploaded, synced, or shared. Deleting the app removes this data.
When you tap “Get Directions”, the app opens Apple Maps or Google Maps, and when you tap “Contact”, your mail app opens. Once you leave Doner Kebab Map, the privacy policy of that other app applies. We do not share any data with them beyond the destination you chose to navigate to.
The app contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites.
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children, and is suitable for all ages.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
